An officially licensed McLaren
This is the real MCL36 under McLaren's own licence — the papaya orange, the sponsor decals, the number 4 on the nose — not a generic F1-shaped toy. At 1:12 scale it is a substantial model, about 47cm long.

Detail that survives a close look
The bodywork carries the same sponsor liveries as the real car, down to the front wing and rear wing detailing. It photographs and displays like the real thing standing still, which matters as much as how it drives for a car like this.

How it drives
Rear-wheel drive through a differential, with independent suspension on all four wheels — more than a basic push-and-steer toy. Top speed is a scale-realistic pace rather than genuinely fast; this is a display and driving model, not a racer.
No charging — just batteries
Unlike most RC cars in the shop, this one runs on plain AA batteries: 5 in the car and 2 in the transmitter. No battery pack to charge and no USB cable to keep track of — put batteries in and it is ready to go.
